Purchase Terms & Return Policy

1. General Policy

At awarenowandlater, we are committed to providing premium products at a competitive value. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and operational efficiency, all sales are considered final. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to a change of mind, perceived dissatisfaction, or incorrect selection.

2. Quality Assurance & Transit Issues

We conduct a rigorous quality control process before any item is dispatched. However, if an item is received in a damaged or defective state, or if the incorrect item was delivered, we will rectify the error promptly.

  • Notification Period: Claims for damaged or defective goods must be submitted to awarenowandlater@gmail.com within [e.g., 72 hours] of the recorded delivery date.

  • Required Documentation: Please provide the order number along with high-resolution photographic evidence of the item and its original packaging.

  • Resolution: Upon internal review and approval, awarenowandlater will issue a replacement of the original item at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, a full refund to the original payment method or store credit will be provided at our discretion.

3. Eligibility for Resolution

For a claim to be processed, the item must remain in its original, pristine condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact.

  • Items showing signs of use or intentional damage will not be eligible for replacement.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders enter our processing system immediately to ensure rapid delivery. Therefore, we are unable to honor cancellation requests once an order has been confirmed. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

awarenowandlater is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location for all orders.
